Access Control and Fire Alarm Engineer

Omega Resource Group is looking for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Service Technician to join their team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and proactive approach will be key in ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have previous electrical/mechanical experience in installing and servicing access control, CCTV, intruder alarm systems, as well as experience servicing fire alarm systems, ideally GENT-based. IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification is essential.
This role involves attending calls for maintenance, rectifying faults on the first visit, and carrying out a rolling programme of preventative maintenance visits. You will also be responsible for collecting and recording site configuration information accurately, maintaining car stock (spares) levels for efficient service delivery, and providing out-of-hours cover on a rotating basis.
The salary for this position is up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
