Financial Crime Support Assistant

We are looking for skilled Volunteers to join our Fraud Safeguarding Team and contribute to the prevention of financial crimes affecting vulnerable members of our community. As a Financial Crime Support Assistant, your primary duties will be:
Main Responsibilities- Developing and delivering effective communication strategies to help victims of fraud recover losses.
- Implementing trueCALL technology to safeguard individuals from unwanted calls and minimize the risk of repeat victimization.
- Attending community events and engaging with local groups to promote awareness about identifying and preventing financial scams.
- Supporting banking representatives and public area personnel in educating people on protecting themselves from financial crimes.
The ideal candidate should be adept at building relationships, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively within the team environment.
