Job Overview

Jobit is a well-established sports company delivering events across multiple sports. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team and assist in handling the essential financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payouts, including preparation of tax forms for international transactions, supporting accounts payable functions by processing invoices, executing BACS payments, and handling purchase ledger due diligence and queries, reconciling petty cash and credit cards, and responding to email enquiries professionally to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

We require an individual with prior experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Junior Accountant, Accounts Technician, or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administration and accounting, be skilled in Microsoft Excel and data entry, and possess excellent organisational abilities, with a knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
