Crime Prevention in Lancashire

Lancashire Constabulary is seeking a skilled volunteer to join the Fraud Safeguarding Team. As a fraud safeguarding volunteer, you will help vulnerable victims of fraud by:

  • Assisting them in writing correspondence to banks.
  • Installing a trueCALL device to reduce nuisance calls and re-victimization.
  • Representing the team at events like Colleges, Universities, and local community gatherings.
  • Providing advice and raising awareness about fraud in public areas like banks and shopping centers.

The estimated salary for this position is around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
