About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to support our accounts team with daily financial tasks and administrative duties in an office-based role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger Management: Accurately handle purchase ledger records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Office Administration: Provide general office support to the accounts department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Excel Skills: Confidently utilize Excel for various financial tasks and reporting, including managing remittances, payouts, and BACS payments.
Requirements:
- Accounting Experience: Previous experience as a Junior Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Assistant Accountant, or similar role is essential.
- Accountancy Practice: Possess accountancy practice experience, preferably in a junior capacity.
- Financial Skills: Skilled in Excel, with confidence in its application for financial tasks and reporting.
- Attitude and Aptitude: A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a willingness to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
