About The Rowan Organisation:

We are a leading care services provider seeking an experienced Co-ordinator of Care Services to oversee the coordination of rotas for our Care Service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of staff time-keeping and coordinate rotas to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Work closely with Field Supervisors and liaise with clients and carers to deliver care according to client needs.
  • Monitor and appraise the team of carers to maintain high standards of timeliness and quality.
  • Report concerns or issues to the Registered Manager in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with social services and other health professionals.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive results.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, remain hardworking, and demonstrate teamwork and a proactive approach.
  • An NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to manage workload efficiently under time pressure.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,355.96 per annum.
