About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to support our Chester Branch on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include Coordinating the rota for care calls, maintaining accurate and detailed records, communicating with colleagues and clients regarding their planned visits, and supporting the on-call service on a rotational basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the rotas for our care staff.
  • Effectively communicating rota changes to colleagues and clients.
  • Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Upholding the principles of Homecarers values.
  • Ensuring the implementation of safe working practices.
Essential Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
