Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including updating and maintaining data, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office appearance.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including salespeople, agents, and solicitors.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately record transaction updates and share them with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare and issue sales documentation, including Memoranda of Sale and Notices of Exchange & Completion.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in providing administrative support to a sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Office 365 user with a special emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
