Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the operations team, you will provide administrative support to all departments within the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain data held on the customer relationship management (CRM) system and associated databases.
- Schedule internal and external meetings using various methods, including video conferencing tools and email.
- Maintain the office appearance, post, filing systems, and order stationery supplies.
- Prepare and issue sales documentation, including memoranda of sale and notices of exchange and completion.
- Accurately record transaction updates and share them with relevant salespeople, agents, and solicitors in a timely manner.
- Book mortgage valuations and key handovers at completion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to a sales team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a focus on Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage systems.
