Job Title: Administrator Home Working Hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as an Administrator in a hybrid role. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication between patients, the clinical team, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and handle multiple clients professionally and calmly. You will be required to work with the practices' HNW clients, ensuring first-class customer service standards are always met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for patients, providing information on consultations, costs, etc.
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to all incoming bookings and enquiries.
  • Providing accurate and professional information to patients.
  • Liaising between patients, the rest of the team, and consultants to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records on CRM in compliance with clinic policies and data protection laws.
  • Collaborating with the financial and administrative teams to ensure that all patient payment plans and invoices are processed correctly.
  • Ensuring patient care and safety by monitoring and confirming consent forms, medical history, and follow-up requirements.
  • Providing compassionate and professional support to patients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their medical journey.
  • Covering for the Receptionist when required, e.g., covering sick leave or any other emergency.
  • Managing internal and external communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.

Essentials:

  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Being self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm schedule, with health benefits including healthcare, pension, and discretionary bonus.
