Team Administrator Role
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to all departments within the organization. This is a fully office-based role that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Update and maintain data held on the CRM and associated databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office appearance, post, filing systems, and order stationery supplies to ensure a professional and organized work environment.
- Logistics and Administration: Book mortgage valuations and key handovers at completion, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience of providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, and familiar with a CRM package.
- Transportation: A clean driving license and own transport are required for this role.
