We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team in Leamington Spa. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support to individuals navigating complex decisions.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging consultations, offering impartial and caring guidance, and ensuring that each individual receives the right support at the right time.
Our modern office is located in a convenient location, with excellent facilities nearby and a friendly team of colleagues. You will work closely with our Booking & Information Centre team to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Arrange consultations and offer impartial guidance
- Work closely with the Booking & Information Centre team to ensure seamless support
