Social Worker Children in Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children in Care Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care.
About the Role:As a Social Worker in our Children in Care Service, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking statutory visits to children in care
- Chairing meetings in relation to children's care plans
- Providing support, advice, and guidance to carers
- Building strong professional relationships with children, young people, and families
You will work closely with our leadership team and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional social work qualification
- Full registration with Social Work England
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A child-centered approach to practice
