Administrative Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 10 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating the Charging Database, checking invoice calculations, conducting horizontal financial reviews, and undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update the Charging Database
  • Check invoice calculations prepared by the offshore team
  • Conduct horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
  • Undertake UAT testing for new client onboarding

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
