Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Fall Protection Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire Careers. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the installation services of fall protection systems to large end users. Your primary focus will be on selling guardrails, lifelines, safe access, platforms, and walkways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Selling technical field sales position
• 80% of your time selling to large end users
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in a technical field
• Strong understanding of fall protection systems and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range of £35,000-£40,000
• Bonus structure with potential earnings of £15,000-£25,000
• Annual car allowance of £4,200
• Comprehensive benefits package

Location:
Belfast

Working Hours:
25% field-based and 75% office-based (dependent on location)
