About the Role:

The Intranet Content Coordinator will be a key member of the Intranet Team, reporting to the Intranet Manager EMEA in London. This role will support the day-to-day activities and development of our regional site, ensuring a high level of support and standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Support country site owners with their homepage news by researching, writing, and publishing articles.
  • Central Page Management: Take responsibility for updating the central EMEA pages, such as business overviews and office guides.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure intranet content is presented clearly and concisely, actively following up with Site Owners to provide support and guidance on UX and information architecture best practices.
  • Super User Support: Act as Super User to support business units in updating their sites.
  • Site Setup and Maintenance: Set up new sites and pages to the requirements of individual services and business units.
  • Content Structure: Help Site Owners structure their content effectively using metadata and filters.
  • Documentation and Training: Create training, guideline, and governance documentation.
  • Site Audits: Complete regular site audits and follow up with site owners on how they can optimize their information, for example: deleting out of date documents, updating contacts, and reflecting the changing business landscape.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Act on analytics reports produced by Data Analyst to improve the intranet usability.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and manage through to resolution with our System Services team.
  • Training and Development: Train site owners in person and via Teams on how to maintain their content on the intranet.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to manage concurrent small projects.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data and numerical analysis, and good knowledge of SharePoint Online and O365 applications.
