About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Content Specialist to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our Intranet Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our global intranet, Connect.

Your primary responsibility will be to support country site owners in publishing articles, updating central EMEA pages, and ensuring intranet content is presented clearly and concisely. You will also be responsible for setting up new sites and pages, helping site owners structure their content effectively, and creating training documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support country site owners with their homepage news by researching, writing, and publishing articles
  • Update central EMEA pages, such as business overviews and office guides
  • Ensure intranet content is presented clearly and concisely, following up with site owners on UX and information architecture best practices
  • Act as Super User to support business units in updating their sites
  • Set up new sites and pages to the requirements of individual services and business units
  • Help site owners structure their content effectively using metadata and filters
  • Create training, guideline, and governance documentation
  • Complete regular site audits and follow up with site owners on how to optimize their information
  • Act on analytics reports to improve intranet usability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage through to resolution with our System Services team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to Communications or Marketing through study or work experience desirable
  • English speaker with a second language an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and manage concurrent small projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data and numerical analysis
