About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Content Manager to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our Intranet Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging content that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality content for our intranet, including articles, news, and feature stories.
  • Content Governance: Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our business units to understand their content needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Analytics: Analyze website metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our content.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to our business units on how to use our intranet and create effective content.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of content management systems and digital communications.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
