About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Trial Optimization Specialist at ZS Associates, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates and delivers innovative solutions for clients and project teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in advanced analytics (predictive and prescriptive) and data management to provide insights for Clinical Trial Optimization.

You will work closely with clients to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to optimize clinical trials.

Key responsibilities include representing R&D business in Clinical Trial Optimization, driving innovation, and leading user needs assessment workshops and roadmap development.

You will also be responsible for managing and advising the clinical needs assessment and requirements gathering process, as well as coaching cross-functional project teams on the business perspective and data domain.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics or related fields.
