Clinical Trial Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Verbatim Pharma. This is a UK-based role with remote and hybrid options available.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing the procurement of clinical trial materials, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing clinical trial supplies from trusted vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and trial timelines
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize processes
  • Monitoring inventory and adapting sourcing strategies as needed
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong supplier networks to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical trial sourcing or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines within clinical trials
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
