They will be responsible for managing outsourced clinical activities and deliverables of one or more External Relationship Management Teams (ERMT), focusing on cost savings within the area.

The role will involve:

  • Leading supplier due diligence activities with ERMTs, ensuring compliance with Novartis' specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Developing overviews of operational data available within the Clinical Supply Insight (CSI) system, related to logistics and efficient management of site supplies.
  • Creating metrics related to kit wastage, cancellation rates, and comparison of vendors' performance within a trial, country, or site.

The successful candidate will be able to lead supplier due diligence activities, develop operational data overviews, and create key performance indicators to drive value beyond cost from Novartis' external supplier base.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on the market rate for a similar position in the London or UK Remote location.

Navigating complex challenges requires strategic thinking and expert knowledge. As a Supply Chain Manager at Novartis Farmacéutica, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement supplier governance, management, and issue management/escalation strategies.
