About the Role

Medpace, Inc. is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Operations Manager to join our Clinical Trial Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trial operations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical trial activities from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Coordinators, Clinical Trial Managers, and Sponsor representatives.
  • Provide oversight and quality control of study supplies, regulatory filings, and clinical trial documentation.
  • Lead training sessions for new employees on clinical trial management best practices.
Requirements
  • PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
