As a Senior Clinical Trials Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years' experience in clinical trial management, a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, and a valid UK driver's license. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
