**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical research team as a Clinical Trials Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various clinical trials, ensuring their successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in clinical research and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical trials, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless trial operations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and patients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Experience in chemotherapy administration and phlebotomy
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and research regulations
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
