Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Portsmouth region, building on existing relationships and establishing new ones to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboarding and Account Management: Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and close working relationships with existing accounts, and recording all interactions on our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our distribution center and drivers to create a strong team working ethos, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions and insights.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in a field sales or account management role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
