Area Sales Manager Building Materials

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to cover the South East region, including Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, Dorchester, and Winchester areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our portfolio of commercial clients while developing new business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow our portfolio of commercial clients in the South East region.
- Develop new business across the region through sales expertise and relationship-building.
- Drive sales of high-quality materials, including sheets, rods, and tubing, used in various sectors such as fabrication and signage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and service providers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a product sales environment, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries.
- Experience in distribution sales, particularly plastics, acrylics, thermoplastic sheets, and tubing is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
- Sales experience with signage companies and signmakers would be a plus.
