Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Portsmouth and Hampshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities in your designated area, promoting and developing new business relationships to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new customers effectively and work closely with our distribution centre and drivers to create a strong team working ethos.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and hit sales targets by monitoring competitor activity and offering our customers the best solutions and insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field sales or account management, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Commercially astute and technically proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to drive business growth.
