Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Cityscape Recruitment. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for dealing with clients pre and post sales, working on multiple projects to win new business, and providing cost advice and delivering quality tender submissions.

You will work closely with the Head of Estimating to ensure seamless handovers between work winning and project delivery teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil or Groundwork sub-contracting is essential.
  • You should have strong communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in using IT equipment and adapting to new software technologies is required.
  • A working knowledge of various contract forms is necessary.
  • A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum. The compensation package includes:
