About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinic Support Worker within Community Child Health at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, providing support to our clinics and teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinics and teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of clinic equipment and supplies.
  • Support the smooth running of clinics, including setting up and packing down, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
