About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Ashford Medical Partnership. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new patient health checks, ECG recordings, phlebotomy, and spirometry
  • Perform chaperoning duties and process laboratory samples
  • Maintain surgical equipment, vaccine storage, and cold chain management
  • Assist with patient care interventions, including minor operations
  • Contribute to the assessment and surveillance of patients' health and well-being
Person Specification
  • Qualified to at least NVQ level 3
  • Immunisation and Vaccination accredited
  • Phlebotomy Accredited
  • Experience of working with the general public and as a Healthcare Assistant
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
