We offer a variety of shifts for experienced Care Assistants in Ashford and surrounding areas, with flexible options including early shifts, late shifts, long days, and nights available throughout the week.

Our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors provide consistent support, and we offer industry-leading training with annual paid refreshers. You'll also have access to wellbeing support, including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions, and a live chat and video calls with trained counsellors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients.
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of clients.
  • Assist with the administration of medication.
  • Ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • 6 months previous paid experience of working as a carer or support worker within the UK.
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
