Care Support Worker

At Cera Care, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Managing medications and administering as required
- Cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks
- Providing companionship and reassurance to our clients
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of personal care and medication management
- Reliable transportation and a valid driving license
