We are seeking a Go-to-Market Framework Lead to join our team at Tangram. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our go-to-market operational framework.

This includes overseeing equipment design, supply chain management, and customer engagement strategies to ensure timely deployment and efficient operations.

Main Objectives:
  • Finalize equipment design and supply chain management to meet business needs and project timelines.
  • Establish effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for field personnel to support service operations, focusing on effective onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the commercialisation team to develop and execute a roadmap for national expansion, aligning business strategies for growth over the next 2-3 years.
  • Analyse market adoption, operational data, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions for regional or national scaling.

A competitive salary of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum reflects the significance of this role in driving business success and growth.
