About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Event Marketing Strategist to join our team at Principle. As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative event concepts that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute innovative event concepts that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to create unique event experiences that drive audience engagement and support brand growth
  • Develop strategies to meet attendance and revenue goals, partnering with external professionals to produce culturally relevant content
  • Implement comprehensive event plans while driving the event development process, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong business sense with a deep understanding of attendee engagement and event trends
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively, turning big ideas into successful projects
  • Enthusiasm for both physical and digital events, with a focus on creating memorable experiences

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in our Central London office
  • Role to start on a 12-month contract
