About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Marketing Strategist to join our team at Similarweb. As an Event Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and success in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Execution
    • Develop and execute marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets for EMEA activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
    • Track expenses closely and provide regular updates on budget status.
  • Design & Own the Local Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the EMEA region, aligned with overall business goals.
    • Identify and prioritize marketing activities to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Understanding of the Regional Funnel
    • Analyze and understand the regional marketing funnel, from visitor acquisition to closed won, to optimize marketing efforts at each stage.
Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Speaking French or German is a bonus
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and execution. Ideally, the candidate has experience in Event Marketing or Field Marketing.
  • Strong experience in running events such as conferences, trade shows, and owned events, with a proven track record of success.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Hunger for success and a proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to provide detailed and insightful analysis to internal stakeholders.
