Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Therapeutic Home Manager to lead our children's home in Wisbech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and manage the operational activities of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
  2. Lead and motivate a staff team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care.
  3. Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted inspection outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
  2. A track record of achieving strong Ofsted inspection outcomes.
  3. Deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and therapeutic care best practices.
  4. Relevant qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.

Compensation Package: The salary for this role starts at £52,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and development.
