We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands territory. As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling HydraFacial capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales process, including frequent follow-ups to close deals.
- Introduce HydraFacial into clinics by engaging with physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.
- Identify potential customer needs and help them understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment in their practices and businesses.
- Develop strategic selling techniques to enhance client engagement and the overall HydraFacial capital experience.
- Assist at trade shows in-country and sometimes EMEA to ensure device sales are achieved.
- Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool.
- Minimum 5 years of account management or new business hunting experience.
- Experience selling into the aesthetics or high-end resort spas and clinics, with relationships in the territory.
- Experience prospecting to new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.
- Extensive travel is required; a valid driving license is a must.
- Experience executing specific examples of closing sales based on return on investment and success helping medical practices or spas build a business around HydraFacial products.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
