Job Title: Capital Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands territory. As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling HydraFacial capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales process, including frequent follow-ups to close deals.
  • Introduce HydraFacial into clinics by engaging with physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.
  • Identify potential customer needs and help them understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment in their practices and businesses.
  • Develop strategic selling techniques to enhance client engagement and the overall HydraFacial capital experience.
  • Assist at trade shows in-country and sometimes EMEA to ensure device sales are achieved.
  • Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of account management or new business hunting experience.
  • Experience selling into the aesthetics or high-end resort spas and clinics, with relationships in the territory.
  • Experience prospecting to new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.
  • Extensive travel is required; a valid driving license is a must.
  • Experience executing specific examples of closing sales based on return on investment and success helping medical practices or spas build a business around HydraFacial products.
