Product Portfolio Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Aristocrat, you will be responsible for overseeing the Class III Slot product portfolio for the EMEA and LATAM regions. This role involves executing new product/market initiatives aligned with the division's strategic goals. You will lead the evaluation of new product/market opportunities, assessing their feasibility and commercial viability, and developing a commercial strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that drive revenue, share, and profits.
Key Responsibilities
Implement a clear product vision and strategy that drives the Aristocrat Class III slot product portfolio and supports the EMEA and LATAM business goals
Develop, define, and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery of products on time
Collaborate with game development studios to design the best games and provide input on future games, owning the Game Product Agreements
Work closely with the Sales team to pitch new product ideas to customers
Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends and develop execution plans
Provide direction for GTM and Product Growth efforts for new game releases
Own the tradeshow planning process, including determining game mix and alignment with operations and technical teams
Provide actionable recommendations for the Sales team on commercial strategy and objectives
Ensure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes
Develop and implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA & LATAM product teams
Requirements
Prior experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Strong skills in the Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Flexible with international travel
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong verbal and writing skills are essential
Other European languages a plus
