  • Identify and share market access learnings and best practices across countries and within the International Market Access and Reimbursement team.
  • Prioritize and communicate the UK specific market access needs and ensure that they are well captured in the International Market Access and Reimbursement plan.
  • Provide strategic thinking into products lifecycle and our portfolio development.
  • Partner with trade associations to raise awareness of the challenges linked to patient access to innovative diagnostics, and to raise acceptance of value-based pricing principles with payors.

Requirements:

  • University degree required in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of market access experience (pricing, health economics and/or market access positions).
  • Deep understanding of the UK Health Care system and associated reimbursement processes.
  • Understanding of any of the Scandinavian reimbursement systems is a plus.
  • Solid track record in developing and executing Market Access strategies as well as successful reimbursement outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Clear understanding of market related issues as well as local and global commercial strategies, priorities and needs in a growing company.
  • High energy individual that enjoys a fast pace and high risk/reward environment.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical hands-on execution and a high work capacity.
