Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Conveyancing Team Leader to join our team at NPA Recruit. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of conveyancing professionals and ensuring the delivery of premium legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and Guide Team Members

Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to handle complex conveyancing transactions.

Client Service

Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Quality Assurance

Oversee the quality of all conveyancing transactions and ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

CQS Accreditation

Work with the team to maintain CQS accreditation and ensure that all conveyancing transactions are conducted in accordance with legal regulations and best practices.

Performance Reporting

Provide regular performance reports to senior management and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Relationship Building

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to enhance department visibility and reputation.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and transparency in conveyancing processes.

Requirements

  • Experience

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a conveyancer, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a conveyancing team.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing protocols, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.

Qualifications

Certified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
