About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Solicitor to lead our Conveyancing team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and overseeing a team of conveyancing professionals to foster collaboration and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Foster a collaborative work environment and optimize team performance.
  • Manage Conveyancing Team Caseload: Oversee and manage the residential conveyancing team caseload, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Quality Assurance: Cultivate team leaders to uphold high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing transactions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide senior management with performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance department visibility.
  • Team KPIs: Assist the team in meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Be a Solicitor or a qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE experience in residential conveyancing matters.
  • Leadership Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Property Law Knowledge: Extensive understanding of property law and conveyancing protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Focus: Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
What We Offer

The successful candidate for this position will be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
