About the Role

NPA Recruit LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead our team of conveyancing professionals. As a Senior Conveyancer (Team Leader), you will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and overseeing a team to foster collaboration and optimize performance in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of conveyancing professionals to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Service: Ensure the provision of premium legal services to clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance: Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing transactions.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Sustain CQS accreditation and adhere to legal regulations and best practices in the conveyancing industry.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide senior management with regular performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance department visibility and reputation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and deploy technology solutions to improve efficiency and transparency in conveyancing processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: Certified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE and at least 2 years of experience in leading a conveyancing team.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service, ability to work under pressure and deliver targets, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Benefits

NPA Recruit LTD offers a competitive salary and a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be disbursed to the successful candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
