About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our Conveyancing Department, responsible for overseeing a team of conveyancing professionals and ensuring the delivery of premium legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to a team of conveyancing professionals to foster collaboration and optimize performance.
  • Client Service: Guarantee the provision of exceptional legal services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Assurance: Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing transactions.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Sustain CQS accreditation and adhere to legal regulations and best practices, ensuring the department remains compliant and reputable.
  • Performance Reporting: Furnish senior management with regular performance reports, conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance department visibility and reputation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and deploy technology solutions to improve efficiency and transparency in conveyancing processes, ensuring the department remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience: Certified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a conveyancing team.
  • Skills: Extensive understanding of property law and conveyancing protocols, strong communication and interpersonal skills, client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service, ability to work under pressure and deliver targets, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Benefits

The successful candidate for this position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
