Radiology Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Radiology Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book appointments for outpatients and handle queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Use modern electronic patient record systems effectively to manage patient data and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide secretarial services, including minute taking, word processing, and diary management.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Radiology team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Confident and customer-focused communicator with excellent IT and keyboard skills.
- Experience in a healthcare administrative environment, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
