About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Radiology Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Radiology department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments for outpatients both in person and over the phone
  • Use modern electronic patient record systems effectively within the scope of the department
  • Handle confidential reports and difficult/sensitive conversations
  • Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, word processing, and diary management

Requirements:

  • Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise, and interpret data
  • Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
  • Have good IT and keyboard skills and an adaptable learner with complex IT systems
  • Have experience within a healthcare administrative environment, which would be a real advantage
  • Be able to work under pressure
