Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure all office equipment and facilities function efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents, deliveries, and mail.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Experience working in a business or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
