Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team at Prax. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Prax Foundation, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, auditors, and other external partners.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to the Prax Foundation Board and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide support for the Prax Foundation's charitable initiatives, including the hostels, collection boxes, food banks, and clothes collections.
Requirements
  • Outstanding organizational, administration, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in administration, event planning, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

The role is based in our offices in Weybridge and offered on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday pm.
