About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Prax Foundation. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our charitable activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Assist with banking and payments, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and support various projects, including fundraising initiatives, event planning, and community outreach.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community groups.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using financial management software and other administrative tools.
