Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to provide complex care and support to a client with locked-in syndrome and type-2 diabetes. The successful candidate will have a background in care and be able to work autonomously, with a high level of autonomy. Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic care to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and equipment management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the client's family, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and service delivery, ensuring the client's needs are met.
