About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Special Needs Support Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being among students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a willingness to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs support are desirable.
